However, at NOCO, we provide a seasonally blended product containing #1 and #2 diesel fuel designed specifically to combat these issues. Our winter diesel fuel lowers the cloud point, or the temperature at which waxy crystals in the fuel begin to form. The specific blend we use depends on the expected winter temperatures, delivering improved cold weather performance, better mileage and engine operability. It also reduces engine wear and tear, offering long-term benefits to our customers.
