NOCO has named Frank Pingtella as its new Vice President of Sales. Based at the Tonawanda headquarters, Pingtella will lead efforts to sell the company’s full suite of energy products and services to commercial clients, while also partnering with NOCO’s residential sales teams to enter new markets.

“Frank brings a wealth of experience in building high‑performing sales teams and driving growth across multiple industries,” said Michael A. Casciano, NOCO’s President and Chief Operating Officer. “This is the first energy sales executive NOCO has hired specifically to drive all our products, not just one specific offering. His customer‑focused approach fits well with the NOCO team, and he will be instrumental in working with both current and potential new customers to help optimize their energy utilization and reduce costs.”

Pingtella will collaborate closely with the marketing, customer service, and sales support teams to ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market strategy across the organization.

Bringing over 35 years of sales leadership experience, he most recently served as National Sales Director for Nightstick, a safety and professional lighting manufacturer. Pingtella also held senior roles in the safety equipment sector and even successfully operated his own business. He resides in East Amherst.
