NOCO ACQUIRES DOWN THE DRAIN PLUMBING, INC.
Expands company’s home energy offerings and establishes new plumbing division
TONAWANDA, NY – NOCO LLC today announced the acquisition of assets of Down the Drain Plumbing, Inc., a family-owned and operated residential and commercial plumbing business based on Eden, NY.
With assets from the acquisition, which include vans, equipment and the hiring of approximately three to five employees, NOCO has established a new division. NOCO Plumbing now offers a variety of residential and light commercial plumbing projects including installations and repairs for pipes, toilets, faucets, and sump pumps, drain cleaning and unclogging, services for garbage disposals, gas lines, sewer lines, frozen pipes, water filtration systems, and home plumbing inspections.

Casciano, NOCO’s president and chief operating officer. “Plumbing is the perfect complement to further grow our residential offerings as we continue to help our customers to optimize energy and reduce costs.”
Through this strategic acquisition, NOCO expands its range of home energy services which includes heating and cooling systems, home energy assessments, insulation, generators, geothermal, and fuels.
“For many years, NOCO has had home energy services covered for our customers, but as they look for more trusted and convenient options for their home repairs and updates, the timing is right for us to add plumbing to our offerings,” added Kevin Williams, executive vice president of NOCO Residential.
Darren Eggleston, Down the Drain owner, has been hired as director of residential plumbing.
