In a recent article from the East Aurora Bee, NOCO President and CEO Michael Casciano was named one of six local leaders participating in a new “male allies” panel at the WNY Women’s Foundation 4th Annual Leadership Summit. Held May 30 at the University at Buffalo’s Alumni Arena, the summit will include this newly introduced session as part of its expanded programming for men.

Casciano will speak during “Why Make Room for Women: Redefining Leadership Through Allyship,” a panel hosted by Gretchen Geitter of the Buffalo Bills and moderated by Highmark’s Michael Ball. He’ll be joined by fellow business leaders including West Herr’s Scott Bieler, ECMC’s Andrew Davis, and Say Yes Buffalo’s David Rust.

Now in its fourth year, the Leadership Summit will bring together aspiring, emerging, and established leaders for a day of interactive workshops and panel discussions focused on building more inclusive, equitable workplaces. This year’s expansion to include male allies reflects the Foundation’s commitment to redefining leadership and creating opportunities for collaboration across all career stages.
